What this site does not do
The site sets no cookie. It opens no account. No trackers requiring consent are loaded, and no analytics run. There is therefore no consent banner, no profile, no persistent identifier and no browsing history.
These points can be checked in your browser’s developer tools. Open the Network tab, then reload the page. No response sets a cookie. No requests are sent to third-party domains.
What is necessarily processed
Serving a page requires receiving a request. The host therefore processes the visitor’s IP address, the address requested and the browser’s technical headers, for as long as it takes to return the response and maintain its operational logs. That processing produces no file and no database on our side.
A message you send us contains your email address and its content. Those elements pass through the domain’s mail routing service before reaching an inbox.
Filling in the project form transmits the answers you enter. That form is hosted by the provider named below, and not by us.

Retention
We keep a message in the inbox for as long as it is needed for the correspondence. We make no copy of it, and build no mailing list from the addresses received.
Your rights
Under Senegalese law
The publisher is established in Senegal. Law no. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the Protection of Personal Data, together with implementing decree no. 2008-721 of 30 June 2008, grants a right to information (articles 58 to 61), a right of access (articles 62 to 67), a right to object on legitimate grounds (article 68), and a right of rectification and deletion (article 69). The competent authority is the Commission de Protection des Données Personnelles, whose site is www.cdp.sn.
Under European law
Regulation 2016/679 applies to a controller established outside the Union where the processing relates to offering goods or services to people located there, or to monitoring their behaviour. This site does neither. It sells nothing and measures no one.
We nevertheless honour the rights it grants: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability. This is a commitment made voluntarily, and not a legal standing we claim for ourselves.
